PT Sessions are ideal if you are looking to fit regular exercise into your lifestyle but need some support and guidance. If you have the goal of getting fitter, stronger and healthier for years to come but don’t know where to start, Personal Training could be exactly what you need. Studies have shown that supervised resistance exercise sessions had a much higher adherence rate than exercising independently, If you are someone that struggles to maintain an exercise routine independently then you are not alone! Many people find that having a scheduled appointment and someone to be held accountable to is what they need to stay committed to their exercise program, I will track your progress along the way so that you stay motivated and consistently improving. In our sessions you will be taught proper form, breathing techniques, warm up and cool downs, all skills that need to be mastered for a safe and effective exercise experience and skills that you can take with you after our time together. Above all this I will be there to motivate and encourage you.

There are 3 main factors, Exercise, Nutrition and Lifestyle and they all play equal parts in long term health and wellness and achieving your goals.

Your sessions with me will be personalised sessions that are programmed according to your goals, I will ask for you to complete an on-boarding questionnaire to find out more about you, your exercise history and what you would like to achieve from Personal Training. Once completed I will program your sessions in accordance to this making sure that together we achieve your goals! Sessions get adapted weekly as you progress and on your feedback. I want you to enjoy our sessions, An enjoyable exercise routine is one you are much more likely to stick to!

Strength and Fitness Training even just once a week will offer the benefits of improved strength and muscle maintenance/growth, bone density, joint health, and mood enhancement straight away from that first session, it may be that you are looking to work strength and fitness training into a varied active life, some clients supplement my sessions with yoga, dance or running, this is great and finding the right balance for you that you can maintain is key.

To gain results even faster and to amplify all the benefits of strength and fitness training I advise a 3 times a week plan to my clients, I am more than happy to see you in person 3 times a week but understand that for some this is not realistic financially or logistically. I want you have the best chance of success so when you purchase one of my Gold or Silver Packages you will also have access to my coaching App with personalised workouts included for you to complete at home to compliment your in-person sessions with me! With the app you can also access all your personalised workouts, these are easy to follow workouts with the aid of video demonstrations, you input what you have done in your workout and I can review your progress! My clients have said that they find this really easy to use and really motivating to see their personal bests flag up at the end of their session! The app also offers nutrition tracking, activity tracking and progress tracking!

Progress will be tracked and Body Measurements can be taken if requested, seeing your progress in data as well as feeling fitter physically is a great motivator! All measurements are visible for you to see on my coaching App anytime!

Whether its for the Short Term or Long Term I would love to help you, Whether you are a beginner and have never lifted or done any exercise before, a gym goer that wants to perfect their lifts and get more from their sessions or someone building their fitness and confidence back up , I’m here for you. Bronze - Training Only

Gold Plus Hybrid Coaching

£300

Payable 4 Weekly

Designed for clients who want a higher level of accountability, structure and support, clients who are ready to commit to regular training and lifestyle change.

Gold Plus Coaching is a minimum 12 week commitment. This allows enough time to build consistency, make progress and get the most from the coaching process. We will review at the end of the 12 weeks to discuss whether to continue, step down to silver or take a break.

Includes All the Same features of Silver, plus these Premium extras -

  • 2 x One to One PT Sessions a Week (8 Total )

  • Weekly Scheduled 15min Check In Call - A quick Catch Up between sessions to keep you on track and feeling supported.

  • Gold Plus Nutrition Plan* including…..

  • A one to one Nutrition Consultation

    A Review of current eating habits and goals

    Structured Calorie and Macro Targets

    Already a member of a gym but need a plan, some structure and support to meet your goals, then this is the package for you!

  • Initial 20 min Phone Call Consultation

  • Monthly Training Programme personalised to you and your goals with progressions.

  • Weekly scheduled 10 minute catch up call for feedback, accountability and motivation.

  • Fitness App access to follow your training plan.

  • If needed an in person introductory session to look at movements patterns and form can be added for a one off charge of £15.

Ladies Group Outdoor Sessions are coming!

I am pleased to announce that i will be running our outdoor group sessions on Wednesday Evenings at 6.30pm again this year!
